The Weekend

We went to the Gateway over the weekend & David took the girls to Kung Fu Panda while I took Austin to Discovery (childrens museum). Then we rode the Trax to Temple Square. The kids LOVED it! Then we walked around enjoying the gardens.

OUR WEEK

We kind of had a busy week this week! The biggest thing was the girls very first dance recital! It wasn't their big one which isn't for 2 more weeks, but it was the first time they ever danced in front of an audience! Aubree did great!I was more nervous for Addie. I wasn't even sure she would even go on the stage. I had to put her on the stage myself and she clung to me as her dance teacher pried her off, but she stayed there! She wouldn't dance but she did smile the whole time which was better then the screaming fit I was picturing her doing! They danced to Beauty and the Beast which was very fitting for their costume. ( I can't remember Aubree's cuz I was trying to convince a very nervous Addie)
Then I went to the zoo with my sister and her kids. Next time I will bring a leash for Austin. I was constantly running after him and twice had to have complete strangers who were ahead of me grab him!
Then we went on a hike with the family.
