Track Meet 3/16 400m
David wasn't able to make it so I didn't get any pictures because he wanted me to tape it. The results are not in yet, but she got 1st in the 400m. Her coach said she beat last weeks time by a full second! She tried the 800m and placed 4th and later found out she was wearing her sprinting cleats and everyone else was in tennis shoes. She was on the fastest heat in the 100m and placed 4th. She hates the 100m but her coach wanted her to try it again. We're not sure what she got in the 200m either 2nd or 3rd. Looking at the video it looks like 3rd. So yup she ran 4 races yesterday! She was sick after the 400m. Another thing that happened is she missed the call for the 400m and was sprinting to the starting line carrying her shoes. They had to wait for her to put her shoes on. So she wasted energy just getting to the race and then was pretty frazzled starting the race. Her coach was not happy with her!!
